about it! Since I started our FREE web site hosting service on September 29th 2000 we have gone through a lot of developing stages. I have learnt about getting new visitors, returning visitors, building web sites, providing FREE web sites to our members,
providing good building tools, test and recommend the best plug-ins for our members web sites. We offer you reliable building tools and servers, runned at Metromedia Fiber Network, Inc.(MFN) in the USA. Together we will grow to become a great international FREE web site community.

September 29th 2000 we started our FREE web site hosting with unlimited space at our old site Peterīs Web World. We had 250 members from 30 countries.
January 19th 2001 we started our FREE web site hosting at PWW Host in partnership with MegaGiga, where we offer you a FREE web site with 10 MB space, and FREE top domain hosting. Our servers are in California, USA.
March 25th 2001 we started this family friendly portal site ...At www.Liliequist.com with the main partners: SubPortal and Addictionzone. We now have 3 million + links at our 21 portals to serve you with!
April 11th 2001 we have problems with our FREE web sites as Excelland servers went down on April 11th 2001 due to no investors. We didnīt get any notice about this and nobody answered our emails at Excelland. 210.000 web sites and many web hosts went down. Among other hosts that
went down: AztecaOnline, Blue Moon, Windygates, Myqth, Go Zero, 32.Ru, Thunderfyre and Webexalt. This was all out of our
control and we were told that we could run this for 100 years.
June 20th 2001 we did reopen our new web site hosting at Peterīs Web World. We also offer you Premium web sites if you want more. We are, since April 23rd 2001, in a proud partnership with About Web Services, owned by About, a top 10 internet company. We will run your FREE web site servers at Metromedia Fiber Network, Inc.(MFN) in the USA.
July 24th 2001 our members started PWWCC, Peterīs Web World Community Center. Created to activate and help our members build their web sites, run our members forum and make sure that our policy is followed. PWW Community Center Webmaster is Travis Livengood from USA, one of our members.
September 2001 we started Peterīs Ecards, with online update of 7.000+ ecards to send as original message or text edited by you, with music etc., in partnership with 123Greetings,
and Peterīs Dating for you who wants to find a new longtime/shortime date/friend/lover/penpal, with a 3 million + large database of members shared with other partners of
DatingTech.
October 9th 2001 we opened up our best traffic generating web site Top 500 Webmaster Sites. It has become very popular. Vote for your own site once every day, vote for other members sites all the time. Reset to zero once a month. Whoīs at the top? Get involved and get major traffic here!
First week we were joined by 22 members and visited by 653 unique visitors! This is promotion!
January 2002 we start a new free hosting site: 99 Web Sitez at MegaGiga. For me there is no better web
site address then yourname.blah.com, why is it suddenly more popular with blah.blah.com/yourname? Future will tell us! We closed PWW-Banners Exchange at Linkbuddies, but reopened it with new partners. New freestuff services: we also started our Tons Of Freestuff For You,
Freeware Downloads and Shareware Downloads this month!
February 2002 we started our own TV/Radio Network. A FREE guide to 1000+ TV and radio stations. So listen and view while you build your own web site!
April 2002 we started a new great webmaster tools directory, Peterīs Tools Directory. We have also started a Reciprocal Links page & most important a great chat at Peterīs Cool Chat,
with many chat rooms. Get your own FREE chat box powered by CoolChannel!
June-September 2002 we started our own Peterīs Web World Party Store, Peterīs Genealogy in partnership with Europes largest genealogy database Geneanet, and a partnership with TemplateMonster, where you can buy professional, royaltyfree templates.
October-December 2002 we started our Peterīs Jokes & Riddles. We also got control over Peterīs Web World and now offer your own free email in partnership with OEMMail, with yourname@peterswebworld.com.
January-Mars 2003 we started out with new partners in downloads like Desktop Themes, Mouse Pointers, Screen Savers, Skins, Software, Wallpapers, Weather etc. We also added many stuffs like recipe of the week, top 10 freebies, top 10 new rock albums releases & a search engine of 280.000 recipes database.
April-August 2003 have very much been focused on search engine submission to get higher ranking & reach more visitors, and we have gone from 1.500 to more than 5.000 unique visitors a month. We have also added links to rank peopleīs pictures to our pals corner & rebuilt our networks web sites. We also have added a Members Support Forums with over 3.000 posts for your building & technical problems. Further more we are right now running beta-testing cgi & at this forum you can apply to test it!
September 2003 we added Peterīs Classifieds, where you can place your FREE ad & itīs used by 40.000+ webmasters!
Now we are ready to add more new content for you webmasters & comming soon are: Free subdomains yourname.peterswebworld.com! We are also searching the web for partners to our Peterīs Pals Corner, starting better free email offers, adding a music search directory where you will find the most information about your favourite artists & you name it! Always something new for you!
